Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general terms applicable to course registrations, training programs and related services provided by Advance Odisha Academy Solutions ("AOAS", "we", "our", or "us").
Any course-specific refund or cancellation terms displayed before registration or payment will also apply to that particular course or service.
2. Course Registration & Booking Amount
Where AOAS collects a registration, booking or seat-confirmation amount, the applicable terms will be communicated to the student before payment.
7-Day Refund Policy: Eligible course payments, including applicable registration or booking amounts, may be refunded when the cancellation request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, subject to the terms of this policy.
3. Cancellation and Refund Within 7 Days
Students may request cancellation of their course enrollment within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, subject to the terms of this policy.
To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be submitted in writing to AOAS within the applicable 7-day period.
Where the refund request is eligible, AOAS will process the applicable refund through the original payment method, subject to any deductions or charges expressly communicated at the time of enrollment.
7-Day Refund Window: Refund requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of payment may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved by AOAS in writing.
4. Cancellation After the 7-Day Refund Period
Once the 7-day refund period has expired, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund, particularly where the course has commenced or training materials, classes, recordings, assignments or other services have already been provided.
However, AOAS may consider batch transfer, rescheduling or other reasonable alternatives depending on the circumstances and availability.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
5. Installment Payments
Where a course fee is paid through installments, cancellation or refund eligibility will be considered in accordance with the applicable course terms and the services already provided.
Any outstanding amount that has become due under the agreed payment schedule remains payable unless otherwise agreed by AOAS in writing or required by applicable law.
6. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling
Depending on course availability, AOAS may permit a student to transfer to another batch or reschedule training instead of requesting a refund.
Batch transfers are subject to availability and may be subject to reasonable conditions communicated by AOAS.
7. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by AOAS
If AOAS cancels a course, substantially changes the scheduled delivery, or is unable to provide the promised training, AOAS may, depending on the circumstances:
- Offer an alternative batch or revised schedule;
- Offer transfer to another suitable course; or
- Provide an appropriate refund where applicable.
Any such arrangement will be communicated to the affected students.
8. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you believe that a payment has been made twice or that an amount has been incorrectly charged, please contact AOAS as soon as possible with the relevant transaction or payment reference.
After verification, any confirmed duplicate or excess payment will be handled appropriately.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, AOAS will generally process the refund through the original payment method where technically and legally feasible.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's bank account or payment instrument may depend on the payment gateway, bank or other financial institution.

Please include your name, registered mobile number or email address, course name, payment date, transaction/reference number and the reason for the request.
11. Payment Security
For your security, do not send complete card numbers, CVV, passwords, PINs, OTPs or payment authentication credentials to AOAS by email, WhatsApp or through ordinary website forms.
Where online payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, the gateway's own terms and policies may also apply.
12. No Waiver of Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, remedy or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.
13. Policy Changes
AOAS may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable "Last Updated" date.
